My name is Elisa, and I am a studio artist originally from Central South Texas. Creating art has been a passion of mine for the last 20 years. Most of my subjects involve nature, animals, people, textures, and light.

I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's in Communication Design. It wasn't until I went through the rigidity of the program that I found peace in the oil painting and watercolor studios.

My peace was found in the imperfections of life. My inspiration came from the reflections of light playing on different textures, colors, and shapes. My motivation centered on trusting the process and remembering the outcome is worth all the sit-backs and mistakes.

Art, to me, works in tangent with life. It is knowing that the ugly moments will pass and give way to something beautiful.

2025 brought a major shift to the business, with a rebrand from “Elisa Bryan Studio Works” transitioning to “Firebrush Artistry”. With my recent exploration into wood burning, it was exciting to marry the classic fine arts with something a little more exciting. The collection “Symbolic Botanist” is the first of future pursuits into achieving realism with fire.
